Jacob Morrison has over fifteen years architectural experience. Prior to founding Morrison Architecture Studio in 2009, Jacob was a Project Architect at Armand LeGardeur Architect in New York City where he worked on a variety of residential projects ranging from the design of a new residence in Florida, to the gut renovation of several Manhattan apartments. From 1998 to 2006, he worked as a Senior Associate in the renowned firm of Robert A.M. Stern Architects where he was the project architect responsible for the design and construction of a 20,000 square foot estate in Malibu California, a lake-front residence outside of Ann Arbor Michigan as well as a coastal residence in Palm Beach Florida. Jacob’s other New York experience included a position at Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer Associates where he focused his energies on institutional clients. Jacob began his career as an architect for Daniel E. Snyder Architect, P.C. a small architecture practice located in Savannah noted regionally for excellence in residential design.
Jacob Morrison received his Bachelor of Architecture and Masters of Architecture degrees from Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. Jacob is a Wisconsin and a New York licensed architect. He is a member of AIA , a LEED Accredited Professional and is NCARB certified.
